We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all Maviro products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to inspect returned products to verify they meet these criteria.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@chrexxonghfriz.world within 30 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant details.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the address to ship the product.
  3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement or account. We have no control over the speed at which financial institutions process refunds. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
